I speak to someone on the phone about it. So the next day when I come home from work I give GEICO a call. All I wanted to know is when it was changed (because I didn’t do it) and I would like reimbursed from the date that is was changed. The person on the chat couldn’t help me and said I would need to speak to a supervisor the next day. That night I decided to use the chat inside the app to speak with someone so I could get it cleared up.
